The Food Truck Management Certificate is designed to give students hands-on experience in and knowledge of food truck operations. Students will complete fundamental courses in Culinary Arts to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for entry-level positions in the culinary field. The Hospitality courses will provide aspiring food truck owners the introductory knowledge and skills needed to operate a small business. The certificate culminates in a capstone course to provide students with hands-on experience operating a working food truck.
Graduation Requirements
- Total Credit Hours: 30 credit hours in courses numbered 100 and above
- Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.00 (‘C’) or better for all work applicable toward the degree that was completed at Richland
- Residency: 15 credit hours or more at Richland Community College
