CA 270 Food Truck Operations
provides students the opportunity to understand the daily operations of a successful food truck. This course is the capstone for the Food Truck Management certificate and will utilize the culinary and hospitality skills and knowledge obtained in previous coursework. The students will learn basic operations in a dedicated food truck. Students will have the opportunity to cook and serve food for customers while learning proper customer service and business skills. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 4.0, lecture hours 1.0, lab hours 5.0).
