HOSP 220 Hospitality Entrepreneurship

provides an overview of the concept of entrepreneurship as it relates to the hospitality and food service industry. The course will look at small business operation with a focus on best practies and skills needed to operate a small hospitality business. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 3.0).
