Before taking Online or Hybrid courses, students should be comfortable with the following:

File management (creating folders, saving, renaming, deleting files)

Basic computer tasks (cut/copy/paste, drag and drop)

E-mail (sending attachments)

Installing plug-ins and downloading files

Canvas features (posting to discussion boards, submitting assignments from local storage, etc.)
