Retention and Early Alert Support

Richland Community College uses an early alert system to help support student success, retention, and completion. When concerns arise that may impact a student's academic progress, faculty or others may submit a referral to connect the student with support resources.

Students may receive a notification through their Richland e-mail that encourages them to contact their instructor, and they may be contacted by a Success Coach or staff member for additional support.
