On-Campus & Telehealth Counseling Services
Richland Community College offers free in-person and telehealth counseling with licensed professional Joe Drew, MA, LPC. If a student requires clinical, long-term counseling, a referral will be made to the appropriate provider. To schedule an appointment, call 217-875-7211, Ext. 6267, or visit richland.edu/wellness.
TimelyCare
Richland Community College provides students with free, 24/7 virtual health and well-being support through TimelyCare. Services include on-demand emotional support (TalkNow), up to six free counseling sessions per year, health coaching, access to basic needs resources, and self-care content like yoga and meditation. Students can access TimelyCare via the mobile app or desktop from anywhere in the U.S. To get started, visit www.timelycare.com/richland or download the app and register with a school email. After six free counseling sessions, additional sessions are available through self-pay or personal insurance.
