Student E-mail Accounts
Richland Community College provides qualifying registered students with a free email account that is automatically created when they register for any credit course.
Getting Started
To use their Richland e-mail, students must first activate their account. To do so, they can visit myRichland and click on the Activate Account/Reset Password link on the left side of the webpage. They'll be asked to provide their Richland student ID number and then to answer security questions or receive a verification code to activate their account. Then they will be prompted to set a password.
Important: Use Your Richland E-mail
Students should use their Richland e-mail for all communication with the College and with their instructors. Official notices and important information will be sent to this account.
Account Status
Student e-mail accounts remain active as long as they are enrolled at Richland (including breaks and summer sessions). However, once a student is no longer enrolled in credit courses for one (1) semester, the student e-mail account is deactivated and cannot be accessed until the student re-registers.
