Personal Development Basic Certificate (0052)

The program is meant to serve those who want to complete courses in preparation for advanced study but who need additional preparation to meet that goal. If, after consulting with a success coach, it is decided the student needs additional preparatory courses, the student and counselor will design a course of study under this program. Persons with an interest in this area may enroll in the program even if they do not intend to receive a certificate. Those interested in this program should make an appointment early with a Success Coach.

Graduation Requirements

  1. Total Credit Hours: 16 credit hours
  2. Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.00 (‘C’) or better for courses numbered 080 or above and a grade of ‘CR’ for courses numbered 079 or below that are pursued at the College and are applicable to this certificate
  3. Residency: 8 credit hours or more at Richland Community College
