NURS 280 NCLEX Success

examines concepts of nursing practice across the lifespan. Students will use knowledge gained throughout the nursing program and apply this to NCLEX-RN preparation. Critical thinking/reasoning will be emphasized. Test-taking and study principles will be focused on successful NCLEX licensure first time pass rates. Role transition from student to professional nurse will be discussed. This course is applicable toward all certificates and degrees (credit hours 2.0, lecture hours 2.0).

completion of NURS 216, NURS 240, NURS 230, and ENGL 101 and completion of or concurrent enrollment in NURS 262, HLTH 290, and BIOL 220
