The Diesel Performance Specialist certificate maps to eh ASE T6 and H6 exams for electrical/electronic systems. Students earning this certificate must master the technologies incorporated in the electronic and electrical systems that control such operations as fuel and emission and overall drivability. This laddered certificate builds on the Diesel Service Technician certificate and increases a student’s opportunities for advancement in the diesel workforce.
Graduation Requirements
- Total Credit Hours: 20 credit hours in courses numbered 100 and above
- Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.00 (‘C’) or better for all work applicable toward the degree that was completed at Richland
- Residency: 10 credit hours or more at Richland
