On-Campus & Telehealth Counseling Services
Richland Community College, in partnership with Memorial Behavioral Health, offers free in-person and telehealth counseling with licensed professional Joe Drew, MA, LPC. Sessions are available on campus at the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation Building, 4004 E. College Park, Decatur, IL 62521.
To schedule an appointment, call 217-876-4646. Voicemail is available after hours, and calls will be returned by the end of the next business day. Memorial Behavioral Health intake staff will gather necessary information and coordinate scheduling.
TimelyCare
Richland Community College provides students with free, 24/7 virtual health and well-being support through TimelyCare. Services include on-demand emotional support (TalkNow), up to six free counseling sessions per year, health coaching, access to basic needs resources, and self-care content like yoga and meditation. Students can access TimelyCare via the mobile app or desktop from anywhere in the U.S. To get started, visit www.timelycare.com/richland or download the app and register with a school email. After six free counseling sessions, additional sessions are available through self-pay or personal insurance.
