E-mail
Richland Community College provides qualifying registered students with a free e-mail account. When a student registers for any credit course at Richland, the account is automatically created. Students then need to visit
myRichland to activate their network ID (NetID) and password, which are used to access student e-mail.
Students should use their Richland e-mail account for communication with the College and with their instructors. Official communications from the College will be sent to student e-mail accounts.
Student e-mail accounts remain active as long as the student is enrolled at Richland and are not normally deactivated during breaks or over the summer. However, once a student is no longer enrolled in credit courses for one (1) semester, the student e-mail account is deactivated and cannot be accessed until the student re-registers.
For questions or assistance with Richland student e-mail, contact Student Tech Support by e-mail at
student.tech@richland.edu, by phone at 217.875.7211, Ext. 6376, or in person at the Teaching and Learning Center (Room W202).
