Bistro To Go
Bistro To Go is a food truck operated by the Richland Culinary Arts Institute to serve as a working laboratory for students seeking a certificate in Food Truck Management. The menu selections will change regularly and incorporate unique cuisine and comprehensive cooking techniques. This entrepreneurial student experience is the capstone course for the Food Truck Management certificate and ensures that graduates have the competencies and skills necessary to be successful in this specialized segment of the food service industry.
Bistro To Go is typically open Mondays and Wednesdays, April - October. Hours are posted and may differ when classes are not in session. Bistro To Go is located next to the Bistro Five Thirty Seven patio.
