Dual Enrollment
High school students who rank above average in academic achievement and who meet all College course prerequisites may enroll in selected college classes at Richland Community College and receive college credit. The coursework does not meet any high school graduation requirement, so only college credit is earned. Students enrolling for dual enrollment must have appropriate academic qualifications and approval from their parent or guardian.
Students enrolling for dual enrollment should follow the application procedures previously listed for the admission of high school students. Students are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office of the university or college they are interested in to ensure that dual credit courses will be accepted.
