Dual Credit
High school students who meet all college course prerequisites may enroll in selected college-level courses at Richland Community College and receive both high school and college credit upon successful completion of the course. These college-level courses have been identified by the high school as meeting a high school graduation requirement. Students enrolling for dual credit must have appropriate academic qualifications and approval from their high school principal and parent or guardian.
Students enrolling for dual credit should follow the application procedures previously listed for the admission of high school students. Students are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office of the university or college they are interested in to ensure that dual credit courses will be accepted.
