Preparation Detailer Specialist Certificate (101G)
The Preparation Detailer Specialist Certificate is an entry-level certificate mapped to the ASE Collision B2 exam for painting and refinishing. This individual must have working knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and spray gun operation. This certificate prepares a student with the basic skills needed for employment in the collision repair industry.
Certificates less than 16 credit hours are not eligible for financial aid.
Graduation Requirements
- Total Credit Hours: 6 credit hours in courses numbered 100 and above
- Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.00 (‘C’) or better for all work applicable toward the degree that was completed at Richland
- Residency: 3 credit hours or more at Richland Community College
Additional Program Considerations
Students in CRT 100 should be co-enrolled in CRT 135.
