IT 205 Help Desk Techniques

prepares the students to meet the demands of the computer user support industry. Topics covered include computer user support, customer service skills, common problems, help desk management, user needs analysis, and training computer users. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 2.0, lab hours 2.0).
