Entrepreneurship Certificate (038H)

The Entrepreneurship Certificate is tailored for individuals eager to launch or manage their own small businesses. The program emphasized small business development, providing students with the tools to create business plans, manage operations, and navigate entrepreneurial challenges. Coursework in personal finance equips students with essential skills to manage budgets. assess financial risks, and secure funding for their ventures. Additionally, business fundamentals coursework ensures a strong foundation in key areas such as marketing, accounting, and strategic planning. This certificate prepares graduates to start and grow their businesses with confidence.

 

Graduation Requirements

  1. Total Credit Hours: 25 credit hours in courses numbered 100 and above
  2. Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.00 (‘C’) or better for all work applicable toward the degree that was completed at Richland
  3. Residency: 13 credit hours or more at Richland Community College
