SOCIO 130 Criminology

is an introduction to criminology and includes basic concepts, coverage of the major criminological theories, and a brief look at the criminal justice system and the forms of crime. Special attention is given to white-collar crime. This course is applicable toward all certificates and degrees; group requirements include social science (AAS only); areas of concentration include social science, sociology (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 3.0).
