CS 105 Foundations of Info Technology

provides the student with an overview of the computing field and its typical applications. The student learns key terminology and components of computer hardware, software, operating systems, systems development methods, management information systems, and using application software and the Internet. This course is applicable toward all certificates and degrees; areas of concentration include computer science (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 2.0, lab hours 2.0).
