BUS 200 Customer Service Fundamentals

covers the importance of excellence in customer service in creating a competitive edge in business. Topics covered include customer service skills, resolving customer complaints, the importance of verbal and nonverbal communication, listening skills and the use of technology. This course is applicable toward all certificates and degrees (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 3.0).
