Accounting
The Accounting AAS program prepares students for entry-level positions such as bookkeeper, accounting clerk, assistant auditor, or income tax preparer. These positions help companies manage their financial data. These positions exist in most companies, in bookkeeping and accounting firms, and in government organizations. In larger organizations, positions may be specialized such as payroll clerk, accounts receivable clerk, or accounts payable clerk.
This is a career and technical education program. Some of the courses may not transfer to four-year institutions.
