Healthcare Documentation Associate in Applied Science (2400)

Enrollment in the Healthcare Documentation AAS degree and the Healthcare Documentation Specialist Certificate is suspended. Richland will not admit new students into this program. Students enrolled in the degree program prior to June 1, 2025, will have until August 1, 2026, to complete all program requirements. Contact the Health Professions Division for more information.
