Greenhouse Certificate (108B)
The Greenhouse Certificate is designed for individuals who are interested in horticulture and sustainable growing practices. The program includes coursework in perennial plants, focusing on the cultivation, care, and propagation of plants that thrive year after year. Training in greenhouse operations equips students with the skills to manage climate control, irrigation systems, and pest management to optimize plant growth in controlled environments. Additionally, coursework in hydroponics and indoor growing introduces innovative methods for soilless cultivation, allowing for efficient, sustainable crop production.
