2021-2022 Course Catalog

Financial Aid and Veteran Affairs

To apply for financial aid, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.gov or download the myStudentAid app at Google Play or the Apple App Store. Computers are available for students to complete the FAFSA in the Student Success Center. When completing the FAFSA, a student must include Richland’s federal school code (010879). After the FAFSA is processed (approximately 3-5 business days), an electronic copy will be sent to Richland Community College. Please allow time for the Financial Aid staff to evaluate the FAFSA results. The Financial Aid Office contacts students via the e-mail address listed on their FAFSA and Richland e-mail address, if applicable, to instruct on what additional information and/or forms to submit to the Financial Aid Office.

Once a financial aid file is complete and eligibility is determined, the student will be notified via their Richland e-mail address and will be able to view their offer letter on myRichland.

Additionally, information may be found within Financial Aid.
