HUMAN 106 Cultures of Islamic Middle East
studies Islamic Middle Eastern values, traditions, and ways of thought, along with their implications for social action, through religion, philosophy, literature, and the arts. Cultural adaptation throughout Middle Eastern history is examined, focusing on change and continuity in form and practice. This meets the non-western course requirement.
