HORT 226 Fruit Production

covers the science and practice of growing, harvesting, handling, storing, processing, and marketing of fruits. Crops include apples, pears, peaches, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, and other fruits commonly grown in the area. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 2.0, lab hours 2.0).
