CA 250 Restaurant Fundamentals

is designed to give the students the opportunity to understand and execute all aspects of restaurant operations. This course will serve as a capstone to the culinary program and incorporate all of the concepts and skills taught within the culinary program. The students will learn proper restaurant operations and will focus on both front and back of the house skills. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 5.0, lecture hours 2.0, lab hours 8.0).
